Supporting my Community

One mommy at a time

water birth with baby on moms skin while umbilical cord is bieng cut

Supporting the mom-to-be in my
community is my way of aiding in lessening poverty disparities among new moms.  There are many who need a doula, who cannot afford to have one. Indiana cannot afford to have mothers without Doulas.

Doula's are largely educators. The support and knowledge we provide our clients tends to last a lifetime. We are able to help reduce trauma during labor and delivery, as well as spot and prevent postpartum troubles in the weeks after birth. We are an important resource our clients can turn to, whenever the need should arise.

Support changing the infant & maternal mortality rates in Indiana.

If you would like to support me, while I support new young moms in the Madison County

community, feel free to donate towards my expenses as a their Doula. Many young mom's cannot afford the cost of a doula, and tend to be the targeted by frustrated providers, overly aggressive nurses, and hospitals that are in a hurry.
