This hourly option is for families who want flexible, focused support without committing to a full package. Each session is yours to shape, customizable and adaptable to whatever you need in this season. It is perfect if you want to explore birth options, talk through possible interventions, gather helpful resources for birth or postpartum, or simply process your thoughts and feelings before deciding which direction to take. We can use this time to review a birth plan, prepare questions for an upcoming provider visit, debrief a past birth, create a gentle game plan for the weeks ahead, or make plan for the postpartum period.

​Build Your Own Support is also a great fit if your needs do not quite align with my other packages, whether you are looking for a one time check in, occasional guidance through pregnancy or postpartum, or something in between. Sessions are typically offered virtually or by phone, but can be arranged face to face when needed. If we decide on in person visits, a travel fee may be added for visits more than 35 miles from my home base, at my discretion, depending on distance and time.​

Build Your Own Support lets you honor your budget and your bandwidth, while still receiving thoughtful, heart centered care that is tailored to you. ​
