More about "Bereavement Support"

Am I in the right place?

If you are walking through pregnancy or infant loss, or you are worried you might be, you are in the right place. No matter where you are in your journey, I provide support in both the hopeful seasons and in the realities of loss and grief. I do not step away when things are hard. I stay with you for the entire journey, offering a steady, non-judgmental presence as you navigate what comes next.

Bereavement support with me can look different for every family, because every story and every loss is different. Sometimes it means simply having someone to sit with you in the “unknowns,” to listen as you talk through medical information, next steps, or big feelings that feel too heavy to carry alone. Other times it looks more practical: helping you gather questions for your provider, understanding your options, or making sense of what the doctors or midwives are saying. We might talk about how to honor your baby’s life, explore gentle memorial ideas, or create space for your partner or other children in the grieving process.

I also help you find and connect with resources that match your needs and your values. This may include local or online bereavement support groups, counselors or therapists who specialize in grief and perinatal loss, pastoral or spiritual care if desired, and community organizations that offer practical support. My role is to walk alongside you, help you feel less alone, and point you toward people and places that can continue to care for you over time.

If you are experiencing a prenatal loss, or think you might be, please let me know by clicking the link below. I would be honored to connect you to local bereavement resources and, if you wish, to be a resource myself. Whether you need a single check-in or ongoing companionship in your grief, you do not have to carry this alone.
